4′ X 8′ (48″X96″) Ultra-Flat Fixture Table

This is a serious table for the serious builder!

Take your fabrications skills, capabilities and shop usability to the next level with an Ultra-Flat Fixture Table.

The Ultra-Flat Fixture table comes in a “You weld it” kit that allows you to save some money and show off your mad welding skills. If you would like us to weld it out, we can do that too, just give us a call.

Once completed, this table will be the highlight of your shop, you will find yourself using it for all sorts of things you never even thought of.

The large rectangular holes in the side of the table are there to allow you to use those snap clamps and C-Clamps you already have around the shop.

Table Dimensions: 48″ x 96″ x 6″ 

• .250” HRPO A36 steel plate construction
• Industry standard 5/8” (16mm) hole size spaced on 2” centers
• Six (6) leg mounting locations (Includes 6 leg mounting plates for 3” X 3” tubing, legs not included in kit)
• Table is designed using tab & slot features to ensure a very accurate, stiff and Ultra-Flat assembly
• High precision parts using CNC Laser cutting to ensure a perfect fit.
• Ultra-Flat end results. With care during assembly, you can get +/- 0.03″ without issue.

The Ultra-Flat Fixture Kit ships ready to weld, using the tab and slot design, the table only goes together one way with no measuring or cutting. Just us clamps or the assembly tabs with some all thread to pull the table together tight to each other, check everything for square and flatness, tack, double check everything, then weld out the table.

The assembly time of the smaller tables may be 2-3 hours where the larger ones can take upwards of 8 hours to fully check and weld.

Remember, this is not a time to rush the project, you get out what you put in.

Lead time is about 2 weeks from order to ship and then a few days for freight.

If you need or want to add lift gate service for the tables under 6’ in length, make sure you select the “Lift Gate option” on the product page. Tables over 6′ in length are too big for a lift gate and will have to ship freight. You will be required to make an appointment with the driver at a location that can facilitate a semi-truck & trailer.
